Long · Full biographical note

Jennifer L. Bagley founded CI Web Group in 2006 and has spent nearly two decades building digital marketing and technology exclusively for the trades — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, garage door, and the distributors and manufacturers who serve them. She is one of the earliest agency operators in the industry to publicly commit to AI as the platform shift, and she led CI Web Group into first-mover positions on AI search, agent optimization, and operational adoption years before the rest of the market caught up. Jennifer is the co-founder of JustStartAI.io, host of The Catalyst for the Trades podcast, and the author of Hands Up: A CEO's Letter to the Generation That Will Inherit What We Build — a book she wrote for the contractor sitting at a kitchen table on a Sunday afternoon, trying to figure out what AI means for the business they spent twenty years building. She has been featured by ServiceTitan, HARDI, HVAC Today, Hook Agency, Daikin, Women in HVACR, and Women We Admire, and speaks at industry conferences year-round across the United States.
